Moving through emotion

One way of working


Choose an emotion. Then close your eyes and feel where that emotion is placed in the body. Is it placed in one or several places? Does it have a colour? Does it have a shape, a texture? What does it weigh? Does it move?

When this spot is defined, leave out the emotional value, what the emotion means, and focus on the physical sensation that’s been mapped out in the body. 

Don’t judge. Stay interested. Let it take you on a journey.
